There are typically 5 phases to a new build:
- Initiation
- Planning or Pre-Construction Phase
- Execution or Procurement Phase
- Performance & Monitoring
- Closure
Throughout these five phases, we can take the stress out of your build, and manage the job for you!
During the initiation phase, we will develop and evaluate the cost of the job at hand, and assist you in developing a schematic plan on paper, and research the cost & materials, as well as appropriate sub-contractor to see your through to completion.
Once construction has begun, our team will liaise with you & sub-contractors and monitor carefully the progress of the task. As completion draws near and final touches are added, we will review the initial plan to ensure the quality of those deliverables, and sign off from the contract – handing the keys back to you.
